You need to write by hand if you want to get anything out of writing other than word count.

You need to read books, not the internet, if you want to understand yourself better.

You have no need for apps other than games.

This is what I have learnt these past days, writing in my journal, mapping out my inner territory of behaviours and loops, reading the German book The Neverending Story by Michael Ende, and uninstalling social media apps* and replacing them with games.

I do not know much. I just notice how much more myself I am becoming each day.
